Primal Pet Naturals produces small batch, single ingredient pet treats made from real meat. All products are handmade and dehydrated or air dried. Treats are intended for occasional feeding and are not meant to replace a balanced diet.

2. Product Use and Safety
By purchasing from Primal Pet Naturals, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You understand that all treats are handmade, natural products without artificial preservatives. Variations in color, shape, or texture are normal.
- You agree to supervise your pet while consuming any treat.
- You accept that any treat can pose a choking risk, especially if a pet eats too quickly or does not chew properly.
- You acknowledge that your pet may have allergies or sensitivities to certain proteins and you are responsible for knowing your pet’s dietary needs.
- You agree that Primal Pet Naturals is not responsible for any allergic reactions, digestive upset, injury, illness, or death that may occur from use or misuse of our products.
- You agree that proper storage is required. Treats must be kept sealed in their packaging, in a cool and dry place, and used before the Best By date.
- You understand that treats are not a complete meal and should be offered in moderation.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods, especially if your pet has underlying health conditions.

4. Ordering, Payments, and Checkout
By completing checkout, you confirm that:
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You accept the Terms and Conditions and all liability disclaimers.
- You agree that any required checkout box indicating acceptance of the Terms must be checked in order to complete a purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on location, weather, postal conditions, or high order volume.
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Primal Pet Naturals is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or stolen packages. Any claims must be filed with the carrier.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of pet treats, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any edible products.
If there is an issue with your order, damaged packaging, or a mistake on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.
We do not refund orders that were lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will assist in filing a claim.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Primal Pet Naturals is not liable for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, choking incident, or death resulting from the use of our products.
- You assume all risks associated with giving our products to your pet.
- You agree that your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with our products or website is to stop using the products and website.

You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, or attempting to bypass security features.
